Use
The energy blanket can be used for almost all diseases such as: colds, flu, tonsillitis, sinusitis, urinary tract and kidney infections, spine and joint diseases, female organ diseases, digestive tract diseases, asthma, leg ulcers, oncological diseases, etc.
Dosage
The most suitable use of the blanket is outdoors on the ground (e.g. on grass), where the blanket is most effective, but it can also be used at home in bed. Spread a blanket made of natural material (preferably cotton) on the ground. Lie down on the blanket and cover yourself with the energy blanket with the shiny (aluminum) side facing your body. Initially, stay under the blanket for 5-10 minutes and each day increase this time slightly to 1-3 hours, depending on your feelings and intuition. Your optimal individual time under the energy blanket is the time after which you wake up with a feeling of warmth and inner balance. After removing the blanket, stay lying down for another 5-10 minutes.
