Composition

Made of BUCKWHEAT (Phagophyrum esculentum L.) 100% Nutrition facts per 100 g, Energy value 1548 kJ / 365 kcal, Fats 2,6 g, Saturated fatty acids included 0,5 g, Saccharides 74 g, Sugars included 0,6 g, Fibres 0,6 g, Proteins 12 g, Salt 0,01 g, Salt is included in the food exclusively due to sodium that occurs naturally.

Application

Buckwheat is an important source of rutin that is used in the case of problems with vessels, haemorrhoids, varicose ulcers and varicose veins. It is an ingredient used commonly in health food. It is gluten-free and thus is suitable for persons with celiac disease.

Dosing

Preparation instructions: Take a glass of buckwheat, 100 ml, for example. Rinse the buckwheat carefully several times. Then drain the washed buckwheat and add x times the same quantity of water (3 x 100 ml of water). Add salt as required and boil. When the water starts to boil, reduce the heat and cook without the lid, stirring from time to time. When the water is boiled away, the buckwheat is a thick porridge. Add butter to the porridge as required. Stir carefully and serve. As a side dish, you can serve bread, grilled chicken, etc. as required.
