Composition

Alfalfa, botanically Medicago sativa (in Czech lutěška) in the form of dried, freshly squeezed juice is a 100% natural product rich in vitamins (including A, B6, B12, C, D, E, K), trace elements, a number of minerals (calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, sodium, potassium and silicon), amino acids, chlorophyll and proteins. High nutrient values ​​are contained in the plant thanks to the roots that are up to several meters long.

Use

A fresh, mineral-packed drink. The resulting product contains no additives or fiber. It comes from the USA (state of Utah). It has been used as a support agent in various cultures for literally thousands of years with excellent results and has rightly been called the father of food. The plants that are grown to produce Puntura Alfalfa Premium dried juice are grown without the use of pesticides and herbicides. Dried Alfalfa juice, supported by certificates from the manufacturer, meets the requirements for preserving all nutrients during production.

Dosage

We recommend dissolving 1 (max. 2) teaspoons of dried Alfalfa juice powder twice a day in 150 ml of cold water or another cold drink, such as juice. Preferably on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before a meal. The powder must not be administered in hot drinks. High temperatures would destroy nutrients. The powder can be mixed into yogurt or cereals. When using Alfalfa, it is recommended to take a 1-month break after about 3 months.

Warning

Alfalfa must not be consumed: after digestive tract surgery (at least a week), during radiation (3 days before or 3 days after), during acute inflammation of the deep venous system, during acute pulmonary embolism after organ transplantation (at least 9 months). It is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
