Composition
Cordyceps is a dietary supplement that contains polysaccharides, a number of minerals and biologically active elements such as vitamins, polyamides, peptides, essential amino acids and others. An important part of cordyceps is 80 types of enzymes, including coenzyme Q10. Cordyceps also contains substances such as galactomannans (plant polysaccharides) or ergosterol (also called vitamin D2, is among the sterols produced by fungi). Other beneficial substances are vitamins B1, B2, B12, E and K, minerals such as potassium, magnesium, boron, iodine and zinc.

Dosage
2 capsules 2x daily, usual duration of use: 7 – 90 days.
